How to: Generate a TSI Snapshot
This tutorial answers the questions: Where do I find TSI Snapshot within the TSI Live dashboard? How do I create a one-time TSI Snapshot? How do I create a recurring TSI Snapshot? How do I add emails to receive a TSI Snapshot? This tutorial is for customers with a TSI Live subscription that includes TSI Snapshot as part of the dashboard. If you subscribe to only TSI Snapshot, you receive your standard report by email. There is no further configuration. 1. Go to the TSI Live homepage and log into your dashboard. 2. Click the Reports button at the bottom right of your dashboard and choose Create Report. 3. In the overlay that appears, select your destination. TSI Snapshot can be configured only for your destination(s). 4. Select a report type: Single Report (one-time report): Use this option to report on a period of specific activity (campaign period, season, fiscal quarter, etc.) or when you need to generate a report looking at past, historical data. Recurring: Use this option for consistent and repeated reports to help you monitor developments throughout the year. You can choose the frequency for when the report is generated and set the end date to stop the reports. 5. Turn on the optional Topic Tracking. When selected, one extra page appears in the TSI Snapshot with data to track three topics of your choice. This is useful for analyzing campaign periods or seasonal conversations. 6. Under Recipients, enter the email addresses of those within your organization or other stakeholders who should receive the TSI Snapshot. 7. Click Create to have the TSI Snapshot generated immediately for a single report of past data or scheduled into the future for recurring reports. Everyone in the recipient list will receive an email with a link to the view the TSI Snapshot. You can create multiple TSI Snapshot reports for various time periods, frequencies, topics, recipient groups, etc. To manage the reports you create, click the Reports button on your TSI Live dashboard and choose View Reports. In the overlay that appears, you can review scheduled reports to see who is receiving which TSI Snapshot and delete reports that are no longer needed.
